Terms of service

These terms apply to the hosted RuleGenz service (the Service) provided by GetHireIn Ltd (we, us). Where your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us (for example a pilot or licence agreement), that agreement takes precedence.

1. Accounts

Access is by invitation from your organisation's administrator. You must keep your password and two-step login device secure and must not share your account. Your administrator controls who has access and with which role, and can remove access at any time.

2. Trials

A trial lets your organisation evaluate the Service for the period shown in the app. During a trial the Service is provided as it is, without service levels. Do not upload personal data, payment card data or special-category data during a trial. At the end of the trial your workspace becomes read-only until a plan is agreed, and you can download or delete your data at any time.

3. Your content

Requirements, vocabularies, rules and other material you add (your content) remain yours, and so do the rules the Service generates for you. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Your AI account

The Service drafts and explains rules using the AI account your administrator connects (for example Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or Anthropic). Your use of that account is governed by your agreement with its provider, and its charges are yours. We store the account key encrypted and use it only to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another organisation's data, test the Service's security without our written permission, overload it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. Security issues can be reported to [email protected].

6. Generated rules

Rules are drafted automatically, checked against your vocabulary and explained for review. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and approving rules before you use them in production.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its documentation are owned by GetHireIn Ltd. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Ending use

Your administrator can delete your workspace and all its data at any time from the app. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
